Privacy Policy
These Terms of Use shall become effective as of October 13th, 2026
Legacy Property Buyers LLC (“Legacy Property Buyers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates legacypropertybuyers.io and sellyourproperty4cash.com. Sell Your Property for Cash is a marketing brand of Legacy Property Buyers LLC, not a separate company.
This policy explains how we handle information collected through these websites, property-inquiry forms, and related communications.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, telephone number, email address, property address, property details, photographs, selling preferences, and the contents of communications with us.
We also collect technical and submission information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral and advertising information, submission time, and records of consent and communication preferences.
Calls may be recorded or transcribed for training, quality assurance, and transaction documentation, with notice and consent where required by law. Website use alone is not consent to call recording.
2. How we use information
We use information to evaluate property inquiries and potential transactions; respond to questions; discuss offers and selling options; request photographs; schedule appointments; provide transaction updates; operate and improve our websites; measure advertising performance; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
We send promotional communications only with any permission required by applicable law and within the scope of that permission.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent homeowner lead lists or provide personal contact information to other businesses for their independent marketing.
We may provide information to service providers that support our business, such as website hosting, forms, customer relationship management, calling, messaging, email, and document services. They may process information as needed to perform those services for us.
In connection with a contemplated or agreed real estate transaction, we may provide necessary information to involved parties, such as title companies, attorneys, licensed real estate agents, and buyers, as authorized or otherwise permitted by law. This is separate from providing leads for independent marketing.
We may disclose information when legally required or as permitted by law to protect legal rights, address fraud, or complete a business transfer, subject to applicable restrictions and existing privacy commitments.
Mobile phone information and SMS opt-in data or consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent records are excluded from other routine sharing and are provided only to parties necessary to operate or deliver our messaging program, or when disclosure is legally required.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We and providers such as Meta may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the websites, understand visits, measure advertising, and support relevant advertising. These providers may collect browser, device, and browsing information over time and across websites under their own privacy policies.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences through the relevant provider. Blocking cookies may affect website features.
We do not currently change website behavior in response to legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals. This statement does not limit any obligations we have under applicable law to honor other legally recognized privacy choices.
5. Calls, texts, and email preferences
If you separately opt in, we may send recurring texts concerning your property inquiry, selling options, appointments, and transaction updates, including automated texts and promotional follow-up within the scope of your consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using the details below to withdraw permission or request that calls, texts, or marketing emails stop. We honor requests within the time required by applicable law. You may receive one nonpromotional confirmation of an SMS opt-out.
Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email to stop marketing emails. A request to stop all marketing contact applies across our marketing channels. Necessary communications about an existing transaction are handled separately, subject to your preferences and applicable law.
Consent to marketing calls or texts is not required to request an offer or to purchase any property, goods, or services. Merely visiting a website or reading this policy does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
6. Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including transactions, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and documentation of consent and opt-outs. We may retain limited suppression records to avoid contacting someone who has opted out.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Privacy requests and children
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may verify identity where appropriate and retain information when a legal exception applies. Verification is not required merely to unsubscribe from marketing.
Our property-inquiry services are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy by posting a revised version and effective date. We provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate or required by law. Policy changes do not retroactively create or expand marketing consent.
